A private chat still has a processing path

EroLove AI’s Privacy Policy says conversations and derived memories are stored to run the service. Relevant conversation content is sent to third-party AI model providers to generate replies, images, and voice when played. It says those providers act as processors and that the service does not send a user’s email or identity with the relevant content. This is a useful starting description, but it is not a complete public data-flow diagram. The individual model-provider names are available on request rather than listed on the checked page.

The adult context makes the gap consequential. A chat can reveal sexual preferences, orientation, health worries, relationship details or information about other people. The policy itself acknowledges that conversation content may be special-category data. A buyer should understand which actor receives which piece of a sensitive conversation before treating the word “private” as meaning “processed only inside one company.” We have not sent a message or traced live traffic; this is a reading of the published Privacy Policy, checked 5 November 2026.

Draw the path by data class

Stage Data the policy says may be present Named recipient or role Open question
Your device Chat entry, sign-in state, age confirmation cookie, usage identifier Browser and local storage How are local sessions cleared on a shared device?
Service account Email or Google identifier for saved accounts; profile; conversation and memory EroLove as controller Which controls let a user inspect each saved memory?
Model generation Relevant conversation content for a reply, photo or played voice Third-party AI processors, not individually named on the public page Which processor handles each modality today?
Hosting and delivery Stored service data and technical delivery Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare are named What exact region and retention path applies to each class?
Payment Plan, dates and transaction reference Payment processor named at checkout What data does that independent controller retain?

This table does not imply every message reaches every recipient. It distinguishes a documented path from a question. For example, the policy says Google Analytics runs only after cookie consent, while its own usage statistics use a random browser identifier and can later link to an account. Those are different analytics paths; neither should be collapsed into the model-generation path.

The biggest unknown is granularity

“Only what is needed” is a sensible stated principle, but it does not specify the exact prompt payload, the number of processors, or their retention and subprocessor arrangements. The Privacy Policy says the company chooses data-processing terms that prohibit using content to train models where such terms are available. That qualification matters. It is more cautious than a universal guarantee that no model provider can ever use or retain any data. A technical privacy brief should preserve the qualifier rather than erase it.

Likewise, the public page names AWS and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, but it does not map every stored object to one vendor. It says the service is hosted in the United States and some providers process outside the EEA, relying on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Those statements identify a broad geography and legal approach; they do not reveal the complete packet route for a particular user.

A useful question to send before sharing more

Ask the provider for its current model-processor list, the role of each company, which content types each receives, whether prompts or outputs are retained by the processor, and how deletion requests propagate. Keep the request narrow: “For a text chat, which current processors receive the message and for how long can they retain it?” A specific answer is more useful than a generic privacy reassurance.

Our verdict is severe but bounded. EroLove AI tells users enough to know intimate content can leave the first-party service for AI generation; it does not publish the full model-provider map in the checked policy. That is a reason to demand clarity before confiding, not evidence of a leak or unlawful sharing.
