SYSTEM MAP / EROLOVE AI / 05 NOV 2026
EroLove AI asks for intimate conversation while its own policy describes model-provider processing, US hosting, long-lived memories and a separate public-image exception. We mapped those declared paths so you can decide what to share and what to ask before an account becomes personal.
Independent, unaffiliated document review · no security audit or account test01 / declared data flow
These nodes summarize the reviewed Privacy Policy. Follow the ordinary route, then notice the image and deletion branches. A separate implementation audit would be needed to validate the system behind the wording.
A message, photo request or voice playback begins in the browser. The policy also describes technical logs and first-party usage statistics.
Conversations and summarized memories are retained while an account is active. Guest accounts without a saved identity are removed after inactivity.
Relevant conversation content goes to third-party AI model providers for replies, images and played voice. Provider identities can be requested.
Generated images stay in the chat; selected fictional-character images may also be published without an account link and remain after account deletion.
The policy says personal data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion, with limited exceptions; encrypted backups roll off within 30 days.
02 / the distinction
The policy says the chat itself is visible to the user and relevant content is sent to third-party AI processors to generate replies. It also says selected fictional-character images can be published without an account link. Those statements can coexist. The decisive reader question is which data class and which recipient a privacy promise covers.
We do not infer a breach, unlawful practice or failure of a security control from these clauses. We do think the public wording makes a casual “completely private” summary too crude for an intimate service.
03 / fifteen-minute risk worksheet
The selections run locally in this browser and are not stored. The outcome is a list of questions, not a security score. Use it before entering real names, photos or sensitive life details into any companion service.
Select a boundary to see a concrete precaution.
A zero count does not mean zero risk. It means you have not selected a question.
04 / five released notes
EroLove AI describes account deletion within 30 days, rolling backup deletion and limited record exceptions. Follow the separate clocks before assuming everything vanished.
Read the trace ↗FIELD NOTE 02EroLove AI says it uses HTTPS, access-restricted storage and encrypted backups. Learn what those statements cover and what they leave unverified.
Read the trace ↗FIELD NOTE 03Trace the data classes named in EroLove AI's privacy notice, and identify the processor and retention details a reader still cannot see in public.
Read the trace ↗FIELD NOTE 04A processor inventory is more useful than a blanket privacy promise. Use this technical checklist to request roles, locations, content types and retention details.
Read the trace ↗FIELD NOTE 05The Privacy Policy names US hosting and possible processing outside the EEA. Map the countries, roles and safeguards you should ask about before sharing intimate data.
Read the trace ↗05 / precise questions
Each answer below marks a documented statement, a reader action or an unknown. A public clause is not a measured control or a regulatory finding.
The reviewed policy names account details, conversation and memory content, generated media, technical logs and usage statistics. The exact data depends on features and whether you save a guest account.
The policy describes processing conversations to provide replies and memories. It does not establish who within the company can see a given chat; ask for access controls if that distinction matters.
Yes, its reviewed policy says relevant conversation content is sent to third-party model providers to make replies, images and played voice. It says email and identity are not sent with that content.
The privacy policy offers a current provider list on request. We have not requested or independently verified that list.
The reviewed policy says the service is hosted in the United States and uses Cloudflare for content delivery and security. Specific storage and processor paths may vary.
Its policy says some providers process data outside the EU/EEA and refers to safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. That is a stated arrangement, not our legal assessment.
The policy claims HTTPS transmission, access-restricted servers and encrypted backups. We have not inspected configuration or conducted a security audit.
The policy says backups are encrypted at rest. It does not give us independent access to validate implementation.
The reviewed policy says account and conversation data remain while an account is active, subject to deletion choices. Guest accounts have an inactivity deletion rule without a public numeric period.
The policy says backups are deleted on a rolling basis within 30 days after account deletion; some limited records may be retained for stated reasons.
No instant-erasure promise appears in the reviewed policy. It states personal-data deletion within 30 days, with limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention and legal exceptions.
Selected fictional-character images may be published without an account link, are excluded from the account export and can remain public after chat or account deletion.
The policy describes view, correction, export and deletion controls in the Our story screen. An export does not show every processor or public copy.
The policy says a guest account has no email until saved and is deleted after inactivity. A guest visit can still generate technical records.
The policy describes technical logs and first-party usage statistics under a browser identifier. Check the current privacy controls; no account email does not mean no footprint.
The reviewed policy describes consent-gated Google Analytics alongside first-party usage statistics. These are separate processing paths.
Its reviewed policy says it does not sell personal data. We have not audited the practice, and the policy also describes service-provider sharing.
The policy says it chooses processors under terms prohibiting model training where those terms are available. That qualification is not a universal training guarantee.
The reviewed policy allows the team to select certain fictional-character images for a showcase, feed or promotional use without identifying the user.
The policy says private chat storage is not publicly listable, but selected images may be published. Search discoverability of a particular image is not established here.
The policy says user photo uploads are no longer available and earlier submitted photos are kept privately for their chats until removed with the item or account.
The terms describe an adults-only service and prohibit content involving minors. We have not audited age-check effectiveness or any individual user case.
Separate the request, live-system removal within the stated window, backup rollover, limited retained records and independent public-image copies.
The reviewed policy describes withdrawal through conversation or account deletion. Ask how any remaining exception applies to your specific request.
That is a legal conclusion this documentary review cannot make. The policy mentions rights and transfer safeguards; implementation and legal assessment need more evidence.
We have no evidence of a breach and do not assert one. A privacy policy can reveal questions without proving a security incident.
No external publication can guarantee that. Minimize identifying details, read processor and retention terms, and decide whether the documented paths fit your risk tolerance.
The reviewed policy does not give a role-by-role access matrix. Access-restricted servers are a stated control, not a publicly audited staff-access report.
Ask for the current provider names, purpose, location, training restrictions, retention and any subcontractor path. We have not sent a request.
Export the content you need, note the date and request method, and avoid assuming the export captures selected public-image copies.
The policy says published fictional-character copies remain after account deletion and provides a reporting route for an unlawful or real-person image. Specific outcomes require a request.
No. It is evidence of published representations. Independent configuration review, controls and incident history require separate investigation.
